Specially that there is a steep learning curve and you get to work and lead projects individually from the scratch which gives great sense of ownership and collaboration skills

Be more structured and collaborative for better results

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
