The organisation of the team is really good.. every one has a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities and people are encouraged to fully own their work and make decisions. There is a lot of backing from the management and guidance is provided during the initial stages in a very systematic and timely manner.

Dislikes

As some of the other reviews have pointed out, certain team members on the design department have not been a healthy influence. Guys like vijay and saptarshi were well below the expected standards of work and professionalism but the management are ruthless in these cases and rightly so. In my two years here, I've never seen anyone who is not professional and skilful lasting more than a few months and I believe that's a good thing....Read More

There ar soo many things. First you are supposed to work till 9 10 pm . So no work life balance. They expect every thing , every skill from single person. So you are on extra work always. They expect quality, but they didn't give you that much time to work on expected quality. No yearly increment or promotion. Don't have future projects . So future of this company is not secured. They need to be strict about some of their employees in the design unit but I'm glad they fired Vijay sir after he started showing intoxicated to work.
