There ar soo many things. First you are supposed to work till 9 10 pm . So no work life balance. They expect every thing , every skill from single person. So you are on extra work always. They expect quality, but they didn't give you that much time to work on expected quality. No yearly increment or promotion. Don't have future projects . So future of this company is not secured. Please do think twice to work here.

The organisation of the team is really good.. every one has a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities and people are encouraged to fully own their work and make decisions. There is a lot of backing from the management and guidance is provided during the initial stages in a very systematic and timely manner.

Dislikes

As some of the other reviews have pointed out, certain team members on the design department have not been a healthy influence. Guys like vijay and saptarshi were well below the expected standards of work and professionalism but the management are ruthless in these cases and rightly so. In my two years here, I've never seen anyone who is not professional and skilful lasting more than a few months and I believe that's a good thing.

The process through which they train their people is some of the best that I think I'll ever experience and starting my professional journey here has arguably been one of the best decisions of my life. The level of productivity that the team displays day in and out is quite remarkable and this mostly down to the tremendous behind the scenes effort that is put in by the CEO to ensure clear communications, distribution of responsibility and meticulous planning of all the work.

Dislikes

Work environment is good and they offer support wherever needed but the first few months are really intense and require a lot of extra effort and initiative. It can feel like a massive leap for someone coming in straight from college but things do balance out gradually, with time.

There's a marked progress from day to day as you get to learn many new things. A great deal of freedom as well as the opportunity to partake in the decision-making process
