Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. I joined FHPL as a beginner and I learned a lot about health insurance. I never expected that I can learn very much in short period of time, everyone is supportive. Saturday is an optional work day, otherwise Sat and Sun are holidays.

Work from office, need to travel long distance from home to work. The work place is far away in Banjara Hills and travelling is hiring.

I don't like anything work related with the company, because their is no work.but flexible timings any time u come to the office no one will ask u but 9:30 hrs compulsory, no work pressure.
