Falken is a part of summitomo rubber group. In India falken presence nobody knows. As sales person it's very difficult. Company need only sales they don't worry about their channel partners and employees. One of the worst company I worked in my career.

If you are not Flattery person then company is not for you. No metter how loyal, hard worker you are. Your job and promotion will stuck if you speak anything true about wrong process set by top management.

There is no work pressure because there is no work. Management is highly immature and can be easily taken for ride. I got to travel length and breadth of the country due to my work.

Management has immaturity and capability issue which promotes the below average people to flourish. There is no transparency on the performance. Appraisals are just the formalities and final remarks are kept secret. Not shared with the respective one. It is just the whims and fancies of the leadership.
