In falken Tyre compensation & benifits are good. Work -life balance is also good.

Dislikes

If you are not Flattery person then company is not for you. No metter how loyal, hard worker you are. Your job and promotion will stuck if you speak anything true about wrong process set by top management.

Work life was very good due to very supportive colleague and seniors.
