This is the first company in the world who can decrease your monthly salary after your joining. Lots of things HR/Management can do to snatch away the rights of employee. DONT JOIN. Now there is no job security. HR can ask your resignation by giving so and so reason. Very soon employee will quit this company in bulk.

1. Yearly Leaves are lesser in quantity. Earn leaves-15, Causual Leaves-10, Medical Leaves-05 and Restricted Holiday-02 and Holidays-07 which is not sufficient enough for those who stays cities far away from NCR. 2.All four Saturday needs to be Off. 3.Credit takers are much more that Credit Builders. 4. No fooding allowance during stay at office. 5. No accommodation allowance to bachelors staying near offices. 6.
