On Time Salary, Timely Annual Appraisals, Hierarchy is there

Huge and Lengthy Processes for the Project Material Tracking, Company Culture, You can't Join another competitor company for next 2 years which is a poor part. Working Hours are 9.15hrs per day which is considerable high, Have to work on holidays and Sunday if site is running, All Site tracking is through Whatsapp and you cant ignore the messages.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't addresses the issues. Compensation policies, deducting the home difference against the office. Restriction on joining the Competitor. No fair scrutiny of manager level person, treating the juniors with sort of vdictatorship culture.
