The working environment is excellent the culture is amazing and the most important thing that pandemic is jus a small phase we are going through but we use to believe in cleanliness , tideness , from the time we started the Fairmont Austin hotel all those skills learned from super chefs of the hotel and great experience with Chef Andre had a huge impact in my culinary future and when now we all are going through this pandemic I am sure it will be very easy for the team to maintain hygienic culture coz we are practicing this from the day we started working with Fairmont Austin project.
