Well the company is the oldest in the Travel exhibition domain , I would say pioneers . You will get to meet top people in government profile and establish good connections with them.. learning is good through self.. experienced people with more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry. CEO is the most amazing and supportive person in the entire system.

Dislikes

No proper HR system which creates a huge gap in addressing issues , concerns faced by employees. Sales Director takes care of hiring and other things which is ideally suppose to be a task of ann HR and this creates a big time problem in issue solving and biased descision is taken most of the time. Lack of employee motivation , salary and career growth is very slow , politics and a big big issue for addressing our problems.. lack of transparency big time.. salary hike is not as standard , you need to poke everytime to management .
