Likes

Company is good for initial level employee who is new in credit.

Dislikes

There are no management, no work life balance as they force to employees to work 9-10 hr 15-20 days in a month also there are target based job in all department except sales. Recently layoff employee without any compensation.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
