Salary package and increment in this company is quite better.

Dislikes

Company situated at paithan location, so daily up-down is not feasible for me. There is no any cafe or MNC like structure. They don't celebrate any Indian festival. Monday to Saturday Working.

User supplier development development casting supplier (foundry) like investment/ sand and also brought out supplier development in local area . In inward quality role inspection of all inward material and conduct NDT test and review the reports.
