Nothing…. Worst company. They become worst after merging with dbiz

Dislikes

No work life balance in 80% of projects. Some techleads are very toxic they never give value to the work we are done. Salary and appraisal policies are sh***y. Guys if you want to live a better life dont go to this company 🙌🏻

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
