Factspan is a company with poor management and questionable practice.After giving campus offers they revoked offers easily without any reason. Many freshers and experience persons are on bench including me.If you value tranparency this is not a place for you to work.

Don't join this company it's fake. They easily revoke offer after rolling out them . Requesting to fresh graduates don't sit for placement if visiting to your campus. Very bad bond policies.

Flexible work timings, open door policy(have anything to talk to/share with someone), everyone sits in office and we can just walk-in to thier cabin. This is one thing I personally like.
