It's a good choice to start ones career at Factset as a fresher one will have ample time to learn things and also salary/appraisal happens twice a year.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow, there are very less opportunities to grab one

Our work is a bit challenging because we are working in Fixed Income where we analyze the reports and do a detailed study on all that debt instruments which are owed by the company our work doesn't stop here's we also calculate the debt value.

Salary No flexibility regarding work we need to show 8hrs production and they will hire for one process and along with they give multiple trainings for other process as well and it's difficult to manage and will not get the work satisfaction
