We can learn as much as we can. Provides all kinds of resources. Company culture is good Free food and beverages. Free Transport

No proper hikes. They don't consider overall experience for promotion. They only see experience in factset. Majorly Late night shifts with no shift allowance . This causes health related issues.

FactSet is always the best company when coming to work life balance. You’ll find better work ethics and they don’t stress you and they hear what you say. Moreover, there are many other benefits like cab facility, delicious food, and many medical benefits like Insurance and free camps

There isn’t much cons but they delay the promotion process. It will take minimum 2.5 years to 3 to get promoted.

I have great experience working in factset and managers are very good and giving suggestions to improve in kind of work and work environment is also fine and good team spirit in factset keen to work on the production as well as accurate.

There is no point to spot about factset giving every benefits to its employees and also supportive to every employee.

I don't refer or suggest factset except food and snacks noting made me happy in factset. They won't give proper training and expect everything to do from there own.. which is wrong. Basic training they've to give and without listening to the otherwise complete and take action they directly removed me from job and I never saw this kind of company in life... lastly people who are joining factset for salary please don't go... no job security 0% trust worthy..
