I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Work load is more, and you have to same repeative work again and again. There isnt job security. Working culture was terrible
