Nothing much to speak about. Salaries during Covid lockdown paid @ 50 to 60% of full salary.

Dislikes

A toxic work culture. Not supportive to people development and their career aspirations. Employees salaries reduced to 50 to 60 percent of full month salary during pandemic for more than 6 to 7 months and still being paid less. Annual increments not paid to employees for the past two years.
