So much of politics even in 3 staff. No bonus. Get salary on 10 th of the Month. Salary highest is 50k not more than that.

Learning new thing from company .I have gain a knowledge about dogs and kettel food . This is basicly a dogs food company the brand name is royalcan imported food made at southafrica .The company envoirment is good.I am learning lots of things from this company.

Work Details

Despatch and received goods.arrange transportation weekly stock audit as per sop. Call to coustmer for there daily order.make bill in erp as per coustmer order.send daily sale report ,cash and expense report to head office .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
