Stop gap between searching a better place and sensible managers to work with

Dislikes

The unit head, toxic managers, micromangement, If they want to target you then no-one can stop them. Dictatorship in local leadership. The Hyderabad leadership is a big mess. All they are interested in is to encourage complacency.
