It is a family owned business. The leadership is not seasoned. There is no framework or process. Basically people who have filled up higher positions needs to change.

Some of experienced manager not supported to team and appreciate work. Some of teams have very friendly, cooperative manager and some are just opposite where you'll not get any recommendations.

Everything I could say. Work culture is the worst. There is no work-life balance. Nothing more to be learned in terms of technology. If have an experience with an MNC company then never join Exxat. These people are hiring managers from call centers.
