Everything I could say. Work culture is the worst. There is no work-life balance. Nothing more to be learned in terms of technology. If have an experience with an MNC company then never join Exxat. These people are hiring managers from call centers.

Dislikes

Unprofessional and non technical peoples are hired for managers' post, which are manage very badly to team. Management not wants to take such actions after knowing everything.
