Job security is very good. You can become son-in-law of the company and stay forever. Every month salary is on time on 1st of month like gov job. Every year appraisal is good. The company is financially very very strong, so even during crisis, you will get your salary.

Dislikes

They use very old technology in development. Your technical growth will almost stop here. You will not get opportunity to learn new things in technology.

They truly value work life balance. Management totally supports if employee is facing any challenges and how to resolve those. Company policies are in sync with government norms and they have tried to make it employee friendly.
