No company standards. Company Standards, norms & policies can get changed anytime for any employee as per the management and HR. You cannot take any leave on Notice Period though its specified pro-rata basis in Leave policy document. Very poor management.

Exusia has a horrible management that does not deserve to lead the company and the people who work here. Not only are the managers here rude and problematic, but they're also hostile and verbally abusive. Not a day goes by where the managers don't insult or humilities at least one employee.

The lack of coordination among the leadership and its awful communication are the main reasons why the workplace is unproductive and inefficient. I always have a bad time whenever I speak to the management.
