There is nothing significant I dislike, we are held to high standards but that has allowed me to grow professionally at a more rapid rate than I would elsewhere.

My role involved establishing rapport with potential clients, only to have an Exusia salesperson swoop in at the last minute to finalize the deal with a generic sales pitch. This bait-and-switch tactic left me feeling like expendable lead generation, not a value consultant. The promised commissions never materialized, and the experience was a complete professional letdown.

There were awful levels of office politics here. It made the work environment toxic and proved to be stressful for people like me who liked to work in peace. If you couldn't play the gossip and politics game with some terrible people, they became hostile and aggressive and started spreading rumors about you. No one could avoid it. BEWARE!

Salary is best in industry. Benefits are also good like Gratuity is not part of your CTC, Health Insurance for Parents is covered which also beyond CTC.

Dislikes

Never take variable option in CTC as you will never get it if you don’t complete no of hours quarterly. Your skills doesn’t matter here, they will simply put you in there choice of project and complete career path changes, so think 100 times before joining if you don’t want to change your tech stack. EPF is not credited regularly, they credit EPF after 6 months so there is a loss. TDS is also deducted from salary but they don’t credit it to IT dept, they do it on the last day of the ITR filing and form 16 also provided after that....Read More
