I dislike how awful the management is. The managers here only do the bare minumum of their role as part of the leadership. They give us tasks and tell us how to do them, and that's it! There's no room for growth or advancement because there's not much that you'll learn and gain form the managers. This company is fine for the paycheck, but it's bad if you want meaningful career growth.

The leadership is EVIL! The management is full of conmen and people who are experts at lying and manipulating employees. You should AVOID this company because you will get stressed and exhausted without being properly compensated. The work culture is toxic and awful, and there's no reason for anyone to work in this horrible company.

I get way more control over my schedule and that's a huge win for me. Also, I can step up and take initiative, which is key to learning something new. I've developed my problem-solving skills and feel more confident about finding creative ways to get things done.

There are issues from time to time, but the management is open to constructive feedback and conversations so things get sorted out.

The company has one of the most reasonbale salary offers I received.

Dislikes

The management of Exusia is aggressive and hostile. The company will not go anywhere if the leadership has this kind of attitude. Employees aren't connected well with the managers because of their terrible and elitist attitudes, and the lack of effective leadership means that employees don't really have much reason to trust it.

My role involved establishing rapport with potential clients, only to have an Exusia salesperson swoop in at the last minute to finalize the deal with a generic sales pitch. This bait-and-switch tactic left me feeling like expendable lead generation, not a value consultant. The promised commissions never materialized, and the experience was a complete professional letdown.
