The problem is not that this is a high-pressure job, the problem is that this is an extremely toxic work environment created by the CEO of the firm. The amount of harassment, disrespect and mental abuse that employees go through at this firm is unheard of in a corporate setup. The firm prides itself in hiring some of the smartest minds in the industry but lacks the basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism important to nurture and retain this talent.
