Dislikes

The dissatisfaction stemmed from poor communication and a lack of direction from leadership. The CEO appeared disconnected from the daily struggles, ignoring serious allegations of mismanagement. Decision-making often felt arbitary, leaving employees confused about priorities and expectations. There was no sense of growth or appreciation, which killed any motivation to stay long-term.

Awesome network that allows us to work with industries of varying interests. Our workflow remains seamless even though we work from home. Our technology is that good. The company molds its people to become future leaders so you can be certain that your career progression is underway.

No company standards. Company Standards, norms & policies can get changed anytime for any employee as per the management and HR. You cannot take any leave on Notice Period though its specified pro-rata basis in Leave policy document. Very poor management.
