DevOps team is not well organized. A DevOps individual has to single handedly setup and manage the entire project. There are not enough team members to get help and suggestions.

Its quite challenging as you get to setup an entire project from scratch. Building cloud architecture, cost optimizing, automated deployments etc.

An excellent place where you can work upon and grow your skills. This place is a perfect example for the best organisation for fresher and experienced people. Work load is comparatively more but what you get in return of that is a lot of exposure and learning of various technologies.
