Its a fair company to start carrier. The immediate manager would try to dominate the technician. Starters should work for around 1 year max to get knowledge and move on for better prospect and to explore more knowledge. However,there are some good people in management like Sir Vijay Shankar Tiwari and Sales Executive like Bijoyender Dhayani, Jeet Pegu , TL Like Prashant .

Dislikes

Some of the TLs think engineer to be their servant but not all, however, i believe that some of that kind of people are already fired form the company.
