1) It's product base company, if you understand the project then long term work. 2) Increment good for other company 3) Team member supportive.

Dislikes

1) No work life when you join 2) Manager treat as a servent to juniors 3) Management frequently change the policy such that Leave, Increament, Work Time, Layoffs 4) Lot of poltics of each other, his impacted your mind. 5) There will always be a threat of losing the job. 6) Some team members form groups and support each other and the owner has confidence in those un-skilled members.
