Dislikes

There is no skill based hiring, promotions are completely based upon manager's. Existing employees even after having a better skillset are undermined by new hirings who are trained by the existing ones only and still lack the insight and skills. Manager is partial towards employees, he / she themselves opt for work from home but does not allow their juniors to do so.

Nothing at all people are working directionless and no vision no growth only politics

There is super politics and people are just pleasing their bosses and there is no knowledge growth, experience growth for anyone

They call the candidates ti Dubai and give high hopes but in 3 months start putting pressure for sales. They should understand that a dubai market will be new for a person coming from another country and he needs time to explore and understand the market. And their product is that advanced as other companies in dubai.

No skill training no development No activities for employees, low salaries high revenue target, salary deduction on the basis of revenue no matter how hard you work, lower mental health, sudden laydown in every 2-3 years after generating revenues 250 convenience for travel around ncr for just 1 meeting

Its B2B product is one of the amazing product in the market and it's renowned name in the education industry

Dislikes

They provide less as per industry standards and very poor Travel and other expenses for sales employee which way lower than other companies,hence a productive employee won't travel to client location due to this poor expenses. Senior management is stable since so many years so now they do hire fire to protect themselves and even they don't want to sale the new products
