A company with pure corporate cultures, good for average employees. Job security is awesome if you get a decent packages than this company is very good till retirement.

Dislikes

The Pure Corporate Culture. Salary pattern is like fish market.

Work Details

A company where hour’s is more recognised compare to work. you get only short leave no long leaves. Daily working hour is 9 that is hectic. Too much rules and regulations.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
