Salary comes on 7th. Hardly any false deductions. A lot of fun activities. Free food. Other teams are good.
Dude, the foundation team sucks. Not defined KRAs. If they just pointed out any one weakness, or fault, you'll be blamed forever for it. They'll program themselves like this. No open door policy at all. Manager means everything. Multiple projects at a time. If you want comfort, you'll have to be favourite or good in your manager's eye. That's it. Hard work/smart work doesn't payback here. Favouritism at its peak. They work 1/4 of the time and show it 3/4 of the time. Other teams are good....Read More

They didn't support at all even conditions are worst from starting they fired whole team and close whole center. For me its negative support
Poor management, no identification of hard working employees, unstable top management, politics in management

lot of freedom , work satisfaction. work culture was best. Higher level management was very very friendly. may be middle level did not work with dedication.
I didnot dislike anythings.I was feeling very secured in the company. only because of covid , company took decision to close the offline centre . But i will be very happy to work again in Extramarks.

People here are good at heart.
There is no skill based hiring, promotions are completely based upon manager's. Existing employees even after having a better skillset are undermined by new hirings who are trained by the existing ones only and still lack the insight and skills. Manager is partial towards employees, he / she themselves opt for work from home but does not allow their juniors to do so.

Its B2B product is one of the amazing product in the market and it's renowned name in the education industry
They provide less as per industry standards and very poor Travel and other expenses for sales employee which way lower than other companies,hence a productive employee won't travel to client location due to this poor expenses. Senior management is stable since so many years so now they do hire fire to protect themselves and even they don't want to sale the new products
