They hire people on high salary, and for freshers also they offer a good starting package

1.In comparison they have plenty of terms and Conditions.Though they hire people on hire package, but there is no basic pay. Conditions wii apply in your salary 2. Company change their policies very frequently. POOR Management 3. NO WEEK OFF, at interview they will say 6 day working but unofficially they force you to work it happens on pan india basis 4. Awesome environment and specially my manager and state head, just awesome they are. The job gives me enough time to do other things. Simply this company is like a dream company for anyone who wants to grow in sales and marketing field.

The major thing that i dislike about this company is they give a lot of spare time, i am a workaholic so i jst want something to do.
