There are a bunch of things. 1- its a company with no work ethics 2- managers are having no managing skills 3- No one will help you in anything specially the managers and HRs 4- Too much internal politics 5- Worst employee data management in any company you will see. 6- if you are hired for M.P state there is no office you have to work from a 10x10 room which is pantry of the institutional team 7- leads are provided mostly in whatsapp chat or on a paper 8- you will not receive your salary on time, in my case one of my teammates resigned but they assumed that I resigned hence my salary is on hold from last 15 days and no actions are taken by the HR or HO for this. 9- In any Ed tech job is not certain but in here it is at its worst, we were 26 people in one team, in 3 months now it's 11 only,...Read More

Honestly speaking, It was the worst experience of my life. As female employee I felt that it is not safe place. And they are not supportive in any manner. Talk about week off, they did not allow us to take single leave in month including week off in any condition. I was pregnant and they forced me to resign. Apart from it they took benefit of this covid and lockdown. And without any information to their employees they have closed their branch. All employees got jobless without prior notice....Read More

The job necessitates a great deal of effort and workload in order to complete each task, but thanks to the excellent compensation package, everything is manageable.

This has a lot of strength and the environment is so innovative and motivated that it inspires newcomers as well. Also, because there is a new target every week, no one gets bored of working here.
