It depends on the work profile you are assigned. Personally, I didn't feel anything to dislike, but I cannot talk about everyone in general.

The training period is organized quite efficiently. You get ample opportunities to learn and model yourself for the work environment in the future.

Likes

The working environment is positive and the working conditions are excellent with supporting senior executives and managers.

Dislikes

You have to manage a lot of responsibilties but you get rewarded for each extra you do.
