There is no oo office politics at any level and you just cannot get enough of the office trips and the coffee. I love it here. PROS - Onboarding is very smooth. CONS - There aren't any incentives for managers to be invested.

You need to complete your targets positively, or as your increments are dependent on your performance, but that is just a normal company policy
