In Delhi, HO, the management is good and supported alot to the Banglore. Here the "Head" spoiled with poor management skills, the higher management gave the best faculty & other facilities to Bangalore. But, because of his egoistic and 'head strong' nature disturbed the whole Team. Though the management didn't have enough admissions to be profitable, they paid the salary on time and cleared all the dues for everyone....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
