The company is good for fresher. But pay scale is not satisfactory.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Some times i have to work 14-18hrs straight in a day as i have to meet up with the client deadline. Mangers do not value an individual unique strengths. I do receive appreciation emails and call from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. Also there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes....Read More
