Job security is terrible. One day HR will call you and that will be your last day of work, event last day of getting payment. Its general practice not a special treatment for me or any other person.

I joined ExterNetworks as a Fresher, it was really a Bad experience because at the end position and money matters. So here I don't have either. You wont get any hike in this company.NOC manager is worst, had a really bad experience working under his leadership. The thing is under whom leadership your working is most important, here I am for-shadowing about NOC manager who doesn't talk on behalf of this team member to support in case of appraisal or to represent good work about his team, He only knows how to increase his salary. When I joined ExterNetworks I had very basic knowledge about Networks, routers and switches, designing networks with the help of Management who were so great in setting up CCIE RS and Security LAB for all the employees, I could learn a lot getting trained from the Cisco Lab they setup. It actually benefitted our whole team. I am really thankful to the management of ExterNetworks. I have worked with them for many years, great company to work with, the salaries were never delayed they paid 2 days in advance.
