Nothing to like it's a terrible place to work with blind and deaf higher management.

Dislikes

Terrible experience and higher management is blind and deaf. They don't even check the background reality whether employee is being targeted or really he has some problem. Most of the time reporting heads just cook up their own story and tell management to drag you down. In the course of 5 years of experience I have never seen anyone getting appreciation email except one department that is CFS team due to the fact that CFS team is involved with Branch managers to make additional money and share internally with involved people. A worst place to work and you will never be guided rightly instead you will be de-motivated on a daily basis. Instead of learning something new you will forget what you learned in the past.
