The folks that work alongside you are decent enough to manage the tasks with you. If you consider the processes and ignored suggestions then you'd end up looking at the negative side of things, which is true anyway.

Where to begin... Anyway, here's a list 1) Bad communication flow from top to bottom 2) No clarity about the objective, simply task oriented approach. 3) The 'Management' and specific people who would ensure they hire specific kinds of people. 4) Zero customer centric approach.

Please request to everyone who wants to join....please don't join it is fraud company I have paid 20000 thousand rupee....for training n placement but trust before payment they call u like anything but after payment they not all cares u.....I wasted my 1 yr in dis experts dy call u is employees in dat company oly....i am witnesses of dat fraud please guys don't waste money
