Hire and fire company. They force you to resign by yourself. No Job security. They hire interns in bulk and fire them after internship. The ruins career growth of fresher. No proper training. Work life balance is worst. They give you 14-15 hours of work and will ask you to finish in a day (officially 8 hours)....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
