As i see few x-employees have given bad rating or comments to this organisation, I'm not sure on what basis they have come to this conclusion and also if they are true to what they are saying they should not post it from anonymous identity but reveal their identity as they are not part of the organisation anymore so why hide the identity. As per me the beauty of this organisation is the learning opportunity, freedom to take decision, anytime you walk to the top management, and value of an employee. There is no company which is perfect, it's the people and leadership vision that makes it perfect, employees doesn't leave organisation they leave managers. Every growing organisation need some time to improve, implement processes and make the best culture for employees. At least, the best part is this company is going that way and respect every individuals. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
