The Gubagoo chat process was good. Overall friendly environment & only was night shift.

Good Process but in wrong hands. Worst management I have ever seen. They would target & Terminate the employees for silly reasons without any verbal or first warning. No Night shift allowance No PF No Cafeteria Lot of politics In IJP Nothing good much
