Good opportunity for fresher (if want to learn), supportive management for trainings.

Dislikes

No compensation for overtime, hustle for compensatory working on weekends. Like many organizations the objective and mission are Business, growth of company only. Employee work life balance are only dictionary words. Entry level and mid senior employees have all responsibilities, other people are work for management and enjoy work life balance.
