No training. No innovation or respect for account managers. Discussions do not happen over ideas, rather they are focussed on people. CEO is a complete thwat! He holds no respect in the eyes of employees and looks down on people. Each team here plays a blame game. There's no love for work and there's an absence of responsibility and ownership.
Work Details
Work is a lil hectic and difficult especially when your team is unsupportive and when you need to explain each and every person his or her task. You need to have good people skills to deal with multiple teams. You need to be extremely calm and composed.
Work days: Monday to Saturday
