The above ratings are based on pre covid ..I would recommend this company to everybody. Great place to work ,perks . The product manager who was there earlier was a gem of a person Mr Vallabh Sahani

During the covid till date as understand from my friends the work environment is worst ,the manager harass everybody in the dept there is too much negativity across the floor. Employees do not know whom to approach all the Hierarchy are mum and because of this many tenure and good Employees have left the organization

The culture is simply great and hope it lasts that way with the new Management. Job Security is an amazing factor however that seems to be dissolving with time.

Dictative local management, one sided management communication, Local management is not open for ideas and others opinion. With time there has been a major surge in office politics. No grooming or efficient career growth for employees with skills as the managements pets are considered above them. It's not the same company it was a few years back, back then it was a great place to learn and execute and your good work is what mattered i/o flattery and licking skills.
