Everything is good so far, I got every support from my team and leadership team. Manager always help beyond the expectations.with in 2-3 months only I started to work as a individual resource in a team and got chance in direct communication with clients which is really good and learning.Most of the company not provide chance to communicate with client other then managers and all but here you get this in a very short span of time. Supporting environment. A lot of learning in terms of tools and additional opportunities of free certifications. Good place to learn and grow....Read More

Just one suggestion- Provide equal WFH for all the teams, I have seen some people only coming once in a two week and some get even recently joined.Everyone should get the equal benifit.Rest all good.

The food isn't very good, and there aren't many different things to choose from. Eating the same things all the time gets boring, especially during long workdays, and it doesn't help keep us energized.

Expect interview process nothing. Job security - minimal Work culture - like a primary school Management - very poor Company policies - only in the documents

Training process was very ill. The person who was giving training was not even fully aware of the tasks what we are going to perform. Seniors are given priority and all the benefits irrespective of behaviour and work. Work environment is like a primary school,if you make a grammatical mistake you can expect and major escalation. No support from TL or Managers, Blame game is very common also don't show your extra skills you won't get any credit rather you'll be given extra tasks. Lunch time is very short just 30 minutes No fun or anything to cheers up the environment unless the TL says. If you prove yourself right against the senior manager you can expect and process change....Read More

People only expect us to work work and work for complete 9 hours. Everytime manager says if work is not complete don't take breaks, they don't want to listen why it is not complete I had emergency at my family they approved my leave as
